GigaSpaces Technologies is an enterprise technology company helping large organizations build and operate high-performance, data-intensive applications. Selling into enterprise accounts requires consistent outbound volume, disciplined follow-ups, and the ability to generate real conversations at scale.
We spoke with Rami Klugman, SDR/BDR for the US market at GigaSpaces, about how Salesfinity became a core part of his outbound workflow and fundamentally changed how he approaches cold calling.
The challenge
When Rami first joined GigaSpaces, Salesfinity was already available, but it wasn’t being used in a way that unlocked its full value.
“When I first came to this company, we had Salesfinity, but we weren’t really using it properly.”
Outbound was fragmented across tools like Outreach, with calling treated as a secondary step rather than the primary motion.
Like many experienced SDRs, Rami had also used other dialing tools in past roles, but they came with limitations.
“There were a lot of bugs, a lot of issues with other tools.”
The team needed a workflow that allowed them to move faster, reach more prospects, and focus on real conversations, not administrative overhead.
The solution
With a new manager in place, GigaSpaces rethought their outbound motion.
The new workflow was simple and repeatable:
Build large target lists in Apollo
Export them as CSV files
Upload directly into Salesfinity
Call at scale using parallel dialing
The difference was immediate.“Now we go to Apollo, make huge lists, download them as CSVs, load them into Salesfinity, and call.”
Salesfinity became the starting point of Rami’s outbound workflow, not an afterthought.
“I’ve changed to use Salesfinity as the first thing I do. Instead of following up on sequences, I just call first.”
The impact
With Salesfinity as his primary outbound tool, Rami consistently reaches high daily activity levels.
“Minimum, about 250 calls a day.”
But volume alone isn’t the goal. What matters is the quality of conversations and Salesfinity enables Rami to prioritize live conversations over slow, multi-step sequences.
“I don’t even use Outreach anymore for sequences.”
For enterprise outbound, this speed and directness is essential.
“If you’re looking for enterprise customers, there’s no chance you can do it without it.”
Workflow control and organization
One of Rami’s favorite aspects of Salesfinity is how it preserves context across calling sessions.
“When I re-upload the same CSV, it saves the status I recorded before.”
This allows him to:
Instantly remove “Do Not Call” contacts
Avoid duplicate outreach
Keep lists clean even after hundreds of calls
“You’re calling hundreds of people. You can’t remember who you already called.”
Salesfinity removes that cognitive load and keeps outbound organized, effortlessly.
Why Salesfinity matters
For Rami, Salesfinity isn’t just another sales tool. It’s foundational.
“I don’t know how you could work in this position without it.”
Beyond efficiency, it also changes the psychology of cold calling. By removing friction and hesitation, Salesfinity helps reps stay in motion.
“There’s no time to think about the rejection. It’s next, next, next.”
