The company
Revvix is a lead generation agency based in San Antonio, Texas. The team supports tech clients, many in B2B SaaS, running outbound across cold calling, warm calling, email, and LinkedIn. Their job is not just to “do activity”, but to hit call targets, generate real connections, and consistently book meetings across different client environments and tech stacks.
We spoke with Josiah Schaddelee, Founder of Revvix, about why his team standardized on Salesfinity and how it changed their ability to run high-output outbound without losing coaching visibility or workflow consistency.
“We support a lot of tech clients, a lot of them in B2B SaaS space doing cold calling, warm calling, email, LinkedIn.”
The challenge
As an agency, Revvix has to adapt to whatever tooling each client already uses. That often means switching between SalesLoft, Outreach, manual calling, click-to-dial inside CRMs, or lighter tools like Google Voice, depending on the engagement.
“We’re pretty flexible with our clients’ tech stack… we’ve been in SalesLoft, Outreach, manual calling, click-to-dial right out of a CRM, Google Voice… a bunch of different tools.”
The issue wasn’t that every tool was “bad”. The real friction came from constant change. Each new system introduced ramp time, training overhead, and a loss of repeatability.
“Every client has their own requirements… not all those tools are necessarily bad… but there can be ramp-up time when it comes to training employees on a new solution again and again and again.”
That inconsistency makes it harder to keep reps in a high-performance rhythm and reliably hit call and meeting targets.
The solution
Revvix chose to standardize on Salesfinity as the dialer their reps can rely on across campaigns and clients, using integrations, webhooks, and CSV-based workflows depending on the situation.
“Getting very comfortable with a specific power dialer like Salesfinity… we understand the workflows, we know how it works, we feel comfortable that it’s going to get us the number of calls necessary to hit our call targets, our meeting targets.”
The decision was also influenced by pricing flexibility, which fits how agencies operate. Revvix runs short-term projects where reps may be on a campaign for 90 days or a season, so avoiding long-term seat commitments matters.
“One thing that was very attractive to me as an agency was month-to-month pricing… we do short-term campaigns… it’s nice to bring it in, use it while we need it, and not be trapped into a 12-month plan with seats not being used.”
After discovering Salesfinity through LinkedIn, they ran a pilot, tested it in real conditions, and kept it.
“I started messaging… asking questions about the dialer… we did a pilot and we’ve been using it since.”
The impact
Salesfinity reduced the hidden tax of high-volume calling: logging, dispositions, notes, and post-call admin that typically eats up an SDR’s day.
Josiah explained that in many CRMs, a meaningful portion of time isn’t spent calling, it’s spent recording the fact that you called.
“There’s a lot of stuff that happens in a CRM every time we make a call… you’re clicking log a call, choosing dispositions… a lot of time can get eaten up just logging that we made a call.”
With Salesfinity, that overhead shrinks because reps can move quickly between calls while the system captures key artifacts automatically.
“It’s easy to skip from call to call… after the call’s complete, it’s logging the summary, the AI summary, the call notes.”
That translated into a major step change in productive output during focused dialing blocks.
“Instead of a hundred calls a day in a CRM, I’ve had reps make a hundred calls in just an hour or two in Salesfinity.”
Revvix built their motion around that idea: run concentrated call blitzes, then shift into follow-up and pipeline work.
“We call them call blitzes… stay focused on Salesfinity for an hour or two, get a lot of good connections, then jump over to the CRM and start following up with LinkedIn requests or the follow-up emails they asked for.”
Coaching and visibility
Because Revvix runs campaigns across teams and clients, coaching and quality control matter. Salesfinity gave them lightweight visibility during the day, without needing managers to constantly pull reports.
“We get a Slack alert… team leads and project managers can see who’s having conversations… they can jump in and listen to some of those calls as they’re happening.”
This makes it easier to intervene fast when patterns show up.
“If we see a certain disposition popping up, we can listen to recordings, jump in and help.”
Why Salesfinity
Two features stood out most for Revvix’s motion.
First: Boss Mode, because they call a lot of mobile numbers and want to maximize connects by prioritizing the best-quality lines.
“We call a lot of mobile numbers because that’s where we get our highest connect rates… being able to scan those numbers and classify them… helps us stay focused… we’ll get more connections focusing on those higher-tier mobile numbers.”
Second: having key context available during calls, so reps can start conversations confidently without tab chaos.
“Having everything right there… the layout with company signals and other things… we usually have access to the information we need as we’re making the call, so we know how to start those conversations.”
Josiah also positions Salesfinity as the answer when a client’s current workflow was never designed for SDR efficiency.
“A lot of times they have a workflow that’s not built for an SDR… they want everything logged, recordings, dispositions, notes… but that takes a lot of time when you’re doing high volume.”
Who it’s for
Revvix already recommends Salesfinity to clients, especially where outbound calling is core to the go-to-market motion, and the team needs real call volume to hit targets.
“Anybody that needs to make a lot of phone calls… where outbound or cold calling is part of the go-to-market… any team that hits the phone could benefit.”
For teams without a dialer, the impact is immediate and easy to justify, even starting with one rep.
“You can get a single license for a single rep… when you go from a part-time rep making 50 dials a day to 250 dials a day, you’re going to get more connections, build pipeline faster, and hit targets.”
In one sentence
Josiah described Salesfinity as the tool that enables focused, high-output call sessions designed to maximize connections and meetings.
“Salesfinity helps us call blitz to maximize connections over the phone and book meetings.”
