Affinity

Lets the Salesfinity AI Companion read and update your Affinity lists, organizations, and notes on request. It is not a two-way CRM sync.

What the Affinity integration does

Salesfinity's Affinity integration lets the AI Companion look up organizations, people, lists, and field values in your Affinity workspace and add notes or update fields when you ask it to. Affinity is a relationship intelligence CRM, but this connection is made through Composio at the assistant level, not as a native CRM sync. That distinction matters: it does not run two-way record sync, it does not write call logs back to Affinity automatically, and it does not import Affinity lists into the dialer.

If you need automatic contact import and call activity write-back, use one of Salesfinity's native CRM integrations: Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Attio, or ActiveCampaign.

Reading from Affinity

  • Find an organization or person and return the fields on their record

  • List the entries on a specific Affinity list

  • Retrieve notes and interaction history attached to a record

  • Check which list a company currently sits on and what stage it is in

Writing to Affinity, with approval

  • Add a note to an organization or person record

  • Update a field value on a list entry

  • Add an entry to a list

Every write is shown to you before it runs. Nothing is created or changed in Affinity without your confirmation.

Common use cases

Logging the outcome of a call you just finished

After a connected call, ask the Companion to add a note to the organization in Affinity summarizing what was said, drawn from the call transcript. You review the note text and approve it, so what lands in Affinity is accurate and in your words.

Checking relationship context before dialing

Ask the Companion who at your firm has interacted with an account and what stage its list entry is in. Knowing there is an existing warm relationship changes the opener, and it stops two people working the same account cold.

How to connect Affinity to Salesfinity

  1. In Salesfinity, open Settings → Integrations.

  2. Select Affinity from the Composio-connected apps.

  3. Paste an Affinity API key generated in your Affinity settings.

  4. Save the connection and confirm it shows as active.

  5. Ask the AI Companion to list your Affinity lists to verify access.

Frequently asked questions

Does the Affinity integration sync contacts into Salesfinity?

No. It does not sync records or import calling lists. The Companion can read Affinity data and show it to you on request. For automatic contact import into the dialer, use a native CRM integration such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Attio, or ActiveCampaign, or build a list with List Builder.

Are calls automatically logged to Affinity?

No. There is no automatic call log write-back to Affinity. The Companion can draft a note from a call and add it after you approve it, one record at a time.

Is this a two-way sync between Affinity and Salesfinity?

No. It is an assistant-level connection through Composio. Data moves only when you ask, in the direction you asked for, and writes require approval.

Can it update a deal stage in Affinity?

It can update a field on a list entry if you ask it to and approve the change. It does not do so automatically based on a call disposition.
