Apollo
Dial Apollo call tasks in parallel and log calls back, and use Apollo as a data source for people search and person enrichment in List Builder.
What the Apollo integration does
Salesfinity's Apollo integration works in two directions: it pulls your Apollo call tasks and sequences into the parallel dialer and logs calls back to Apollo, and it also acts as a data source, running people and company search and person enrichment to build calling lists. You connect it with an Apollo API key.
Sequencer capabilities
Imports Apollo call tasks assigned to you, plus contacts and Apollo users.
Imports sequences, contact stages and your Apollo call dispositions.
Reads account notes so the rep has context on the dialer card.
Logs each connected call to Apollo with the call outcome, call purpose, recording URL, from and to numbers, start and end times, notes and duration, marked as coming from an external dialer.
Completes Apollo tasks in bulk once calls are finished.
Adds a contact to a sequence, and removes or finishes them in a sequence when the call outcome says they should stop.
Adds corrected direct, corporate or mobile phone numbers to the Apollo contact.
Data provider capabilities
People search and company search, used by List Builder to source new prospects.
Person enrichment by match, and company enrichment by domain.
Search across your own Apollo contacts and accounts.
Reliability
Call logging runs through a background queue that respects Apollo's rate limits and retries when a minute or hourly quota is exhausted, so a burst of parallel calls does not drop activity.
Common use cases
Running Apollo call tasks through a parallel dialer
A rep has a stack of Apollo call tasks tied to active sequences. Salesfinity loads those tasks, dials several contacts at once, and connects the rep on live answers only. Each conversation posts back to Apollo as a phone call with the right outcome, and the task is closed.
Stopping a sequence when the answer is a hard no
A prospect says they have no interest. The rep picks that disposition in Salesfinity, the call is logged, and the contact is marked finished in the Apollo sequence so the remaining automated steps do not send.
Building a new calling list from Apollo search
A team wants to open a new segment that is not yet in the CRM. List Builder runs an Apollo people search against the target titles and firmographics, enriches the matches, and delivers a list that can be dialed immediately and later exported back into Apollo sequences.

Frequently asked questions
Does Salesfinity log calls back to Apollo?
Yes. Salesfinity posts each connected call to Apollo as a phone call record with the call outcome, call purpose, recording URL, from and to numbers, start and end times, duration and notes, flagged as originating from an external dialer.
Can Salesfinity use Apollo as a data source for building lists?
Yes. Apollo is both a sequencer and a data provider in Salesfinity. List Builder can run Apollo people and company search and person enrichment to source prospects, in addition to dialing your existing Apollo tasks.
Can Salesfinity add or remove contacts from an Apollo sequence?
Yes. Salesfinity can add a contact to an Apollo sequence and can remove them or mark them finished, including automatically when the call disposition indicates the contact should exit.
How does Salesfinity connect to Apollo?
With an Apollo API key rather than OAuth. You paste the key into Salesfinity, it is validated against Apollo's health endpoint, and it is stored for your user.
What happens if Apollo rate-limits a burst of calls?
Call logging is queued in the background and retries after Apollo's minute or hourly limit resets, so activity from a parallel dialing session is not lost.
