Salesforce
Two-way Salesforce sync — dial List Views, Reports and call Tasks, and write every call back as a Task with mapped dispositions.
What the Salesforce integration does
Salesfinity connects to Salesforce over OAuth and keeps dialing and your CRM in sync in both directions. Reps dial Salesforce records inside Salesfinity, and every call, disposition and note is written back to Salesforce as a Task — without anyone copying data by hand.
Pulling records into a dial list
List Views — import any Contact or Lead List View directly as a Salesfinity calling list.
Reports — point Salesfinity at an existing Salesforce report and it pulls the records behind it.
Call Tasks — open call Tasks assigned to a rep become a ready-made calling queue.
Writing activity back
Every connected call is logged against the record as a Salesforce Task, with duration, direction and outcome.
Salesfinity dispositions map to your own Salesforce picklist values, so your existing reporting keeps working.
Task write-back fields are configurable — you choose which Salesforce fields Salesfinity populates.
Verified and corrected phone numbers can be pushed back onto the record.
Field mapping
Salesfinity reads your Contact, Lead, Account and Opportunity schema, including custom fields, so you map your own fields rather than accept a fixed set. Multi-currency orgs are supported.
Sandbox support
Salesforce Sandbox is a separate connection that authenticates against test.salesforce.com. Teams usually connect a sandbox first, validate field mapping and task write-back there, then connect production.
Common use cases
Working a Salesforce call queue without tab-switching
Reps open one list in Salesfinity instead of clicking record to record in Salesforce. The parallel dialer places several calls at once and connects the rep only when a human answers, so the same queue is worked in a fraction of the time.
Calling a report of newly created leads
Marketing drops new leads into a Salesforce report. Salesfinity pulls that report on demand, so speed-to-lead does not depend on someone exporting a CSV.
Keeping activity data clean enough to report on
Because every call writes back as a Task with a mapped disposition, managers can build Salesforce dashboards on real call outcomes rather than on what reps remembered to log.

Frequently asked questions
Does Salesfinity log calls back to Salesforce automatically?
Yes. Every connected call is written back as a Salesforce Task automatically, including the disposition the rep selected. No manual logging step is required.
Can I dial a Salesforce report or list view?
Yes. Salesfinity can import both Salesforce Reports and Contact or Lead List Views as calling lists, and can also pull a rep's open call Tasks.
Does the integration work with Salesforce Sandbox?
Yes. Salesforce Sandbox is supported as a separate connection authenticated against test.salesforce.com, so you can validate the setup before touching production data.
Does it support custom fields?
Yes. Salesfinity reads your Contact, Lead, Account and Opportunity field schema, including custom fields, and lets you map them.
Is the connection per user or per team?
Salesforce is connected per user, so each rep authorizes their own Salesforce access and activity is attributed to them.
