Notion
Let the Salesfinity AI Companion read and write Notion pages — call recaps, account research and playbooks, without leaving the dialer.
What the Notion integration does
Notion connects to Salesfinity through Composio, which lets the Salesfinity AI Companion read from and write to your Notion workspace on your behalf. It is an assistant-level integration rather than a record-by-record sync: the Companion works in Notion when you ask it to, using the access you granted.
What you can ask the AI Companion to do
Write call summaries, account research or meeting notes straight into a Notion page.
Pull context out of Notion — an ICP definition, a battlecard, a territory plan — before a calling session.
Keep a running Notion database of accounts worked, objections heard or competitors mentioned.
Common use cases
Turning a calling block into a written recap
After a session, ask the Companion to summarize what happened and append it to your team's Notion page, so managers get a narrative without a rep writing it up.
Bringing your playbook to the dialer
If your messaging lives in Notion, the Companion can read it and use it when drafting follow-ups, instead of you pasting it in each time.
How to connect Notion to Salesfinity
In Salesfinity, open Settings → Integrations and find Notion.
Click connect — you will be redirected to Notion to authorize access.
Choose which Notion pages or databases to share with the integration.
Ask the AI Companion to read from or write to Notion. Actions that create or change content ask for your approval first.
Frequently asked questions
Does Notion sync contacts into Salesfinity?
No. Notion is an assistant-level integration. It does not import calling lists — use a CRM integration or the List Builder for that.
Will the AI Companion change my Notion pages without asking?
No. Actions that create, update or delete content require your approval before they run.
Which Notion content can Salesfinity see?
Only the pages and databases you explicitly share when you authorize the connection.
