Outreach
Dial your due Outreach call tasks in parallel, log calls with the right disposition and purpose, and control sequence state from the dialer.
What the Outreach integration does
Salesfinity's Outreach integration pulls your incomplete Outreach call tasks and their prospects into the parallel dialer, then writes each call back to Outreach as a call activity with its disposition, call purpose and recording. It also gives reps direct control over sequence state, so a prospect can be added to, removed from, paused, resumed or finished in a sequence without leaving the dialer.
What comes in from Outreach
Call tasks assigned to you that are still incomplete, including overdue ones, with the prospect, sequence and sequence step attached.
Prospects, including custom prospect fields.
Sequences and sequence names.
Call dispositions and call purposes, read from your Outreach org rather than hardcoded.
Emails and mailings on the prospect, so the rep can see what has already been sent.
Phone numbers Outreach has already flagged as invalid, so reps do not burn time on known-bad data.
What gets written back to Outreach
A call record for every connected call, with direction, notes, the number dialed, answered and completed timestamps, the recording URL, the call disposition, the call purpose and the sequence action.
Task completion, either as part of the logged call or as an explicit mark-complete on the task.
Sequence control: add a prospect to a sequence, remove them, or finish, pause and resume their sequence state.
Corrected phone numbers, written into the prospect's mobile, work or other phone fields by type.
Dispositions and sequence hygiene
Dispositions come from your own Outreach call disposition list, so existing Outreach reporting and rules keep working.
Calls logged from Salesfinity are tagged, which makes it straightforward to isolate parallel-dialed activity in Outreach reporting.
Common use cases
Burning down an overdue call task queue
A rep has more due and overdue Outreach call tasks than they can work one at a time. Salesfinity loads those tasks with their prospects, dials several numbers at once, and connects the rep only when a human answers. Each conversation is logged as an Outreach call and the underlying task is closed.
Ending or pausing a sequence based on what was said on the call
A prospect asks to be left alone, or asks to be called back next quarter. Rather than switching to Outreach to change the sequence state, the rep sets the outcome in Salesfinity and the prospect's sequence is finished, paused or resumed accordingly.
Cleaning phone data across a prospect list
Outreach already knows some numbers are invalid, and reps discover more while dialing. Salesfinity skips the numbers Outreach has flagged, and writes corrected mobile, work and direct numbers back onto the prospect so the whole team benefits.

Frequently asked questions
Does Salesfinity log calls back to Outreach?
Yes. Every connected call is written to Outreach as a call record with the disposition, call purpose, notes, recording URL, dialed number and answered and completed timestamps, linked to the prospect and to the originating task.
Can Salesfinity complete my Outreach tasks?
Yes. When a call is finished, Salesfinity marks the associated Outreach call task complete, either as part of the logged call or through an explicit mark-complete action.
Can I remove a prospect from an Outreach sequence during a call?
Yes. Salesfinity can add a prospect to a sequence, remove them from it, or finish, pause and resume their sequence state, based on the outcome the rep sets after the conversation.
Do my Outreach dispositions carry over?
Yes. Salesfinity reads the call dispositions and call purposes configured in your Outreach org and maps Salesfinity outcomes onto those values, so your existing Outreach reporting stays valid.
Is the Outreach connection per rep?
Yes. Each rep authorizes their own Outreach account over OAuth, and calls and task completions are attributed to that rep's Outreach user.
