AgentMail

Lets the Salesfinity AI Companion use AgentMail inboxes to read and send email programmatically, separate from your personal mailbox.

What the AgentMail integration does

Salesfinity's AgentMail integration connects through Composio and lets the Salesfinity AI Companion create and use AgentMail inboxes, read messages in them, and send email from them once you approve the send. AgentMail provides email inboxes designed for programmatic use, which means the Companion can work with email without being pointed at your personal mailbox. It is an assistant-level connection and does not sync contacts or calling lists into Salesfinity.

Working with inboxes

  • Create an inbox for a specific purpose, such as a callback address for one campaign.

  • List messages in an inbox and read a specific thread.

  • Search for a message related to an account you are calling.

Sending, with your approval

  • Send an email from an AgentMail inbox with content you review.

  • Reply within an existing thread.

Every outbound message is shown to you before it is sent. Nothing leaves an inbox without approval.

Common use cases

Running a dedicated callback address for one calling campaign

You want replies from a specific campaign to land somewhere other than your main inbox. Ask the Companion to create an AgentMail inbox for it, then use that address when prospects ask where to send information. Later you can ask the Companion what has come back to that address.

Sending the follow-up a prospect asked for during a call

On a connect, the prospect asks for details in writing. Ask the Companion to draft the email using the transcript context, review it, and approve the send from the campaign inbox while you are still in the dialing session.

Checking whether anyone replied before you dial again

Before a second-touch calling block, ask the Companion which prospects have replied in the campaign inbox. You avoid cold-calling someone who already answered in writing, and you can open the call by referencing what they said.

How to connect AgentMail to Salesfinity

Frequently asked questions

Does the AgentMail integration sync contacts into Salesfinity?

No. It does not create contacts or calling lists. Email addresses that appear in an inbox stay in AgentMail. Build lists for dialing with CSV import, a native CRM integration, or the List Builder.

Is this the same as connecting my Gmail or Outlook mailbox?

No. AgentMail inboxes are separate addresses meant for programmatic use, not your existing personal or work mailbox. That separation is the point: campaign replies and automated sends stay out of your day-to-day inbox.

Can the Companion send email without asking me?

No. Sending or replying requires your approval each time, and you see the message content and recipient first.

Should I use this to run a cold email sequence?

That is not what this integration is for. Salesfinity is a calling platform, and this connection supports one-off follow-ups and campaign reply handling rather than bulk sequenced email. Use a dedicated sales engagement tool for sequences.
