What the Airtable integration does

Salesfinity's Airtable integration connects through Composio and lets the Salesfinity AI Companion list bases and tables, read and filter records, and create or update records once you approve the change. It is an assistant-level connection for reading and maintaining operational data. It is not a list import path: Airtable records do not become dialable contacts in Salesfinity through this integration.

Reading from a base

• List bases and tables the connected account can access.

• Read records from a table, filtered by a view or a field value.

• Answer questions about what is in a table without you building a formula or view.

• Create a record with field values you confirm.

• Update fields on an existing record.

• Append notes into a long text field.

Common use cases

Maintaining an account research base while you call

Many teams keep a base of target accounts with research notes and status fields. After a calling block, ask the Companion to update the status and add a short note on the accounts you reached. You approve the writes, and the base reflects reality without a manual pass.

Checking territory or ownership rules mid-session

Ownership and routing rules often live in Airtable rather than the CRM. Ask the Companion who owns an account before you commit to a follow-up, so the meeting gets booked with the right person from the start.

Logging a request that does not belong in the CRM

A prospect asks for something specific that your CRM has no field for. Ask the Companion to create a record in the Airtable base your team uses to track those requests, with the account name and what was asked.

How to connect Airtable to Salesfinity

1. In Salesfinity, open Settings → Integrations.

2. Select Airtable from the AI Companion integrations.

3. Authorize the connection and grant access to the bases you want on the Composio screen.

4. Confirm the integration shows as connected in Salesfinity.

5. Ask the AI Companion to list your Airtable bases to verify access.

Frequently asked questions

Can I use Airtable as the source of my calling lists?

No, not through this integration. It does not import records as Salesfinity contacts. The supported ways to build a calling list are CSV import, a native CRM integration, or the List Builder. If your prospects live in Airtable, export the view as CSV and import it.

Does the integration keep Airtable and Salesfinity in sync?

No. There is no sync in either direction. The Companion reads and writes records only when you ask, and each write is approved by you.

Which bases can the Companion access?

Only the bases you grant during the connection flow, limited by what the connected Airtable account can already see.

Can it delete records?

Any destructive action requires your explicit approval before it runs, and you see exactly which record is affected. If you want to avoid the risk entirely, connect an account scoped to read-only bases.
