Attio
Import Attio lists and people records into the dialer, log every call as a completed task on the record, and export contacts back to Attio.
What the Attio integration does
Salesfinity's Attio integration imports Attio lists and people records as calling lists, then logs each connected call back onto the Attio record as a completed task containing the call detail. The connection is team-scoped: one workspace authorization covers the team, and rep attribution is resolved from your Salesfinity-to-Attio user mapping when the call is written.
What comes in from Attio
Attio lists, with search and paging, and the records inside them.
People records, mapped into dialable contacts with their phone numbers sorted by type.
Custom attributes on the people object, so your own Attio fields are available for mapping.
Attio workspace members, used to map Attio users to Salesfinity users.
What gets written back to Attio
A completed task on the person record for each connected call, containing the call detail and duration, assigned to the workspace member who made the call.
Completion of open tasks already linked to that person record.
Contacts exported from Salesfinity into Attio's people object, matched on email address so existing records are updated rather than duplicated.
What it does not do
Attio has no built-in call disposition catalog, so Salesfinity dispositions are recorded in the call content written to Attio rather than mapped to an Attio picklist.
This integration does not write phone number corrections back to Attio records the way the HubSpot integration does.
Common use cases
Dialing an Attio list without leaving the CRM as the source of truth
An operator maintains target lists in Attio. Salesfinity pulls a chosen list, dials it in parallel, and writes each conversation back as a completed task on the person record, so the Attio timeline reflects the calling work.
Pushing newly sourced prospects into Attio
A team builds a list in Salesfinity's List Builder and dials it. The contacts worth keeping are exported into Attio's people object, matched on email so existing records are updated in place instead of creating duplicates.
Closing out call tasks a rep already had queued in Attio
A rep has open tasks against a set of people records. After the calls are made in Salesfinity, the open Attio tasks tied to each record are marked complete, so the workspace does not accumulate stale follow-ups.

Frequently asked questions
Does Salesfinity log calls back to Attio?
Yes. Each connected call is written to Attio as a completed task on the person record, containing the call detail and duration and assigned to the workspace member who made the call.
Is the Attio connection per rep or per team?
Per team. One Attio authorization is stored for the workspace and shared across the team, and Salesfinity resolves which rep made each call from the team's Attio user mapping before writing the record.
Can Salesfinity export contacts into Attio?
Yes. Salesfinity can push contacts into Attio's people object. When an email address is present, the write is matched on email, so an existing record is updated rather than duplicated.
Do Attio dispositions map to a picklist?
No. Attio does not expose a call disposition catalog, so Salesfinity records the outcome inside the call content written onto the record rather than mapping it to an Attio field.
