Cal.com

Lets the Salesfinity AI Companion look up your Cal.com availability and draft bookings for meetings that come out of your calls.

What the Cal.com integration does

Salesfinity's Cal.com integration connects through Composio and gives the Salesfinity AI Companion permission to read your Cal.com event types, availability and upcoming bookings, and to create or reschedule bookings when you ask it to. It is an assistant-level connection, not a calendar sync: Salesfinity does not mirror your Cal.com calendar into the dialer, and it does not import contacts or calling lists from Cal.com.

What the Companion can read

  • Your event types and their durations, locations and booking questions.

  • Open availability slots for a given date range or time zone.

  • Upcoming and past bookings, including attendee names and answers to booking questions.

What the Companion can write, with your approval

  • Create a booking on one of your event types for a prospect you just spoke to.

  • Reschedule or cancel an existing booking.

  • Add notes or metadata to a booking so the context of the call travels with it.

Every create, update or cancel action is shown to you before it runs. Nothing is written to Cal.com until you approve it.

Common use cases

Booking a demo in the minutes after a connect

A prospect on a parallel dialing session says Thursday afternoon works. Instead of leaving the dialer, you ask the Companion for your Thursday afternoon slots on your discovery event type, pick one, and approve the booking. Cal.com sends the confirmation and calendar invite as it normally would.

Checking whether a callback conflicts with something already booked

Before you promise a time on a live call, ask the Companion what is already on your Cal.com bookings for that day. It reads your existing bookings and open slots so you can commit to a time you can actually keep.

Cleaning up after a day of dialing

At the end of a session, ask the Companion which meetings got booked today and which no-showed. It pulls the bookings from Cal.com so you can line them up against your Salesfinity call logs and dispositions.

Frequently asked questions

Does the Cal.com integration sync contacts or calling lists into Salesfinity?

No. The Cal.com integration is assistant-level only and does not import contacts or build calling lists. To load contacts for dialing, use a CSV import, one of Salesfinity's native CRM integrations, or the List Builder.

Can the AI Companion book a meeting without asking me first?

No. Creating, rescheduling or cancelling a Cal.com booking is a write action, and write actions require your explicit approval each time before they run.

Should I use Cal.com or the native Google Calendar integration?

Use Cal.com when your booking flow runs through Cal.com event types and availability rules. Salesfinity also has a native Google Calendar integration if you want direct control over calendar events themselves rather than Cal.com booking pages. The two can be connected at the same time.

Does connecting Cal.com change how the parallel dialer works?

No. The dialer, call recording, transcription and AI call scoring are unaffected. The integration only adds Cal.com as something the AI Companion can read from and act in when you ask.
