Lets the Salesfinity AI Companion check your Calendly availability and scheduled events, and send booking links for meetings set on a call.
What the Calendly integration does
Salesfinity's Calendly integration connects through Composio and lets the Salesfinity AI Companion read your Calendly event types, scheduled events and invitee details, and take scheduling actions such as sending a single-use booking link or cancelling an event when you ask it to. It is an assistant-level connection. Salesfinity does not sync your Calendly calendar into the dialer, and Calendly invitees do not become Salesfinity contacts.
Reading your scheduling data
List your active event types and their durations.
Look up scheduled events for a date range, including invitee name, email and the answers they gave at booking.
Check which invitees cancelled or rescheduled.
Scheduling actions that need approval
Generate a single-use scheduling link for a specific event type to send to a prospect.
Cancel a scheduled event with a reason.
Create an invitee no-show record after a missed meeting.
Read requests run on demand. Anything that changes an event in Calendly is held until you approve it.
Common use cases
Handing a prospect a booking link while still on the phone
A connect goes well but the prospect wants to check with a colleague before committing. Ask the Companion for a single-use link to your discovery event type, approve it, and send it while the call is still live rather than writing yourself a note to do it later.
Reviewing what a dialing block actually produced
Ask the Companion to list Calendly events scheduled since this morning. Put that next to your Salesfinity dispositions for the same window and you can see how many connects turned into booked time rather than just positive-sounding conversations.
Marking no-shows and lining up the follow-up
When a prospect misses a meeting, ask the Companion to record the no-show in Calendly. You can then ask it to pull that person's Salesfinity call history so you know how the original conversation went before you dial them again.
How to connect Calendly to Salesfinity
In Salesfinity, open Settings → Integrations.
Select Calendly from the AI Companion integrations.
Authorize Salesfinity through the Composio consent screen using your Calendly login.
Check that the connection status reads as connected in Salesfinity.
Test it by asking the AI Companion to list your Calendly event types.
Frequently asked questions
Does Salesfinity import Calendly invitees as contacts?
No. The Calendly integration does not import contacts or create calling lists. The AI Companion can read invitee details when you ask about a specific event, but nothing is written into Salesfinity contact lists. Use CSV import, a native CRM integration, or the List Builder to build a list for dialing.
Can the AI Companion cancel a meeting on its own?
No. Cancelling an event, creating a no-show record, or generating a booking link are all actions you approve before they run.
Do I still need a calendar integration if I connect Calendly?
It depends on what you need. Calendly covers booking pages and scheduled events. Salesfinity's native Google Calendar integration is the option if you want the Companion working directly with calendar events. Many teams connect both.
Does this replace Salesfinity's follow-up features?
No. Salesfinity dispositions and follow-ups still run inside Salesfinity. The Calendly integration adds visibility into what got booked, it does not move follow-up tracking out of the platform.
