What the Canva integration does
Salesfinity's Canva integration connects through Composio and lets the Salesfinity AI Companion search your Canva designs and folders, read design metadata, and create designs or export them once you approve the action. It is an assistant-level connection for collateral work. It has no role in dialing, contact data or list building.

A prospect asks for the overview deck after a call. Ask the Companion to find the current version in your Canva brand folder and give you the link, so you send the approved design rather than an old export sitting on your desktop.

Your team opens a new segment and needs a tailored one-pager. Ask the Companion to create a design from your standard template so a designer starts from the branded base instead of a blank page.
Keeping campaign collateral organized
When a calling campaign wraps, ask the Companion to move its designs into the campaign folder and export the final versions. The assets stay findable for the next team that runs something similar.
How to connect Canva to Salesfinity
In Salesfinity, open Settings → Integrations.
Select Canva from the AI Companion integrations.
Sign in to Canva and approve access on the Composio consent screen.
Confirm the connection is active in Salesfinity.
Ask the AI Companion to search for a design you know exists, to verify access.
Frequently asked questions
Does the Canva integration sync contacts or calling lists into Salesfinity?
No. Canva is a design tool and holds no contact data. Calling lists are built with CSV import, a native CRM integration, or the List Builder.
Can the AI Companion design something from scratch?
It can create a design from a template you name and organize or export designs, all with your approval. Detailed visual design still happens in Canva itself; the integration removes the fetching and filing steps, not the design work.
Will it change my existing designs?
Not without approval. Creating, exporting or moving a design are write actions you confirm before they run.
Is this integration useful for a calling team?
It is a convenience, not a core part of the calling workflow. It helps when reps need to find or send approved collateral during and after calls. If your team never sends collateral, there is little reason to connect it.
