What the Figma integration does

Salesfinity's Figma integration is an assistant-level connection through Composio that lets the AI Companion look things up in your Figma workspace and, with your approval, post comments. It is for sales and marketing teams who keep collateral, one-pagers and product screens in Figma and want to reference them without switching tabs mid-conversation.

Every write is shown to you before it runs. Nothing is posted to Figma without you approving it first.

Common use cases

Finding the current version of a leave-behind

A rep needs the one-pager the marketing team redesigned last month. Instead of asking in Slack, they ask the Companion which Figma file was updated most recently for that product line, and get the file back with its last-modified date.

Flagging outdated messaging on a slide

While reviewing a deck in Figma, you notice the pricing tier names no longer match. You ask the Companion to leave a comment on that frame explaining the change. It drafts the comment, you approve it, and it posts.

Checking what designers already commented

Before asking for a revision, you have the Companion read the open comment threads on a file so you do not repeat feedback someone else already left.

How to connect Figma to Salesfinity

1. In Salesfinity, open Settings → Integrations.

2. Select Figma from the Composio-connected apps.

3. Authorize Salesfinity in Figma using the account whose files you want the Companion to reach.

4. Confirm the connection is active in Salesfinity.

5. Ask the Companion to list your recent Figma files as a first test.

Frequently asked questions

Does the Figma integration sync anything into Salesfinity?

No. Nothing from Figma is stored as Salesfinity records. The Companion reads from Figma on request during a conversation. Contact data comes from the native CRM integrations or List Builder.

Can the Companion edit my designs?

No. This connection covers reading file and project information and posting comments. It does not move layers, change styles or edit design content.

What files can the Companion see?

Only what the connected Figma account can already see. Connecting through Composio does not grant access beyond that user's existing permissions.

Do I need a paid Figma plan?

You need whatever Figma plan gives your account access to the files in question. Salesfinity does not change your Figma licensing.
