What the Findymail integration does
Salesfinity's Findymail integration lets the AI Companion look up and verify business email addresses through your own Findymail account when you ask it to. It runs on your Findymail credits, not on Salesfinity's, and because every lookup costs you money, the Companion asks for approval before it spends anything.

How this relates to Salesfinity's own data
Salesfinity already validates the phone numbers on your calling lists, which is the data the parallel dialer actually needs.
List Builder sources prospects and can enrich them, so Findymail is an addition rather than a requirement.
Findymail results are returned in the conversation. They are not silently written onto your Salesfinity contact records.

Getting an email for a prospect you just spoke to
A conversation went well but the prospect asked you to send details and rattled off a company name rather than an address. You ask the Companion to find that person's work email through Findymail, approve the credit spend, and get it back in seconds.
Checking an address before sending a follow-up
Before a rep emails a decision-maker whose address came from an old spreadsheet, they have the Companion verify it in Findymail so the follow-up does not bounce and damage the sending domain.
Filling gaps in a short prospect list
A list built for a specific account has phone numbers but three contacts are missing emails. You ask the Companion to run just those three through Findymail rather than burning credits on the whole list.
How to connect Findymail to Salesfinity
In Salesfinity, open Settings → Integrations.
Choose Findymail from the apps available through Composio.
Paste your Findymail API key from your Findymail account settings.
Save the connection and confirm it shows as active.
Ask the Companion to verify a single known address to confirm credits are drawing from the right account.
Frequently asked questions
Does the Findymail integration sync contacts into Salesfinity?
No. It returns lookup results inside a Companion conversation. To get contacts into Salesfinity, use the native CRM integrations or build a list in List Builder.
Whose Findymail credits get used?
Yours. The integration runs against the Findymail account whose API key you connected, and consumption follows your own Findymail plan.
Will the Companion run lookups without asking?
No. Paid enrichment requires your explicit approval before it runs, so credits are never spent on your behalf without a confirmation step.
Do I still need this if Salesfinity validates numbers?
Only if you need emails. Salesfinity's own validation covers phone numbers for dialing. Findymail covers email discovery and email verification, which is a different job.
