What the Google Drive integration does

Salesfinity's Google Drive integration connects through Composio and lets the Salesfinity AI Companion search your Drive, read file contents, and create, move or share files once you approve the action. It is an assistant-level connection. Drive is not mirrored into Salesfinity, and no file becomes a calling list through this integration.

Finding and reading files

• Search Drive by filename, folder or content and report what it found.

• Read a document, spreadsheet or text file so the Companion can answer questions about it.

• Check where a file lives and who it is shared with.

File actions that need approval

• Create a file from Companion output, such as a call summary or a coaching write-up.

• Move or copy a file into a specific folder.

• Update sharing on a file you name.

Common use cases

Filing call summaries where the team already looks

After a week of dialing, ask the Companion to write a summary of your best connects and save it into the shared Drive folder your team uses for account notes. It ends up in the same place as everything else rather than in a chat log nobody revisits.

Pulling up the collateral a prospect asked about

A prospect asks for the one-pager on a specific product line. Ask the Companion to find it in Drive and confirm the sharing setting before you send the link, so you are not sending something the recipient cannot open.

Getting context from a battle card mid-session

Between connects, ask the Companion what your competitor battle card says about a specific objection. It locates the file in Drive and reads back the relevant part, faster than searching Drive yourself with a live queue waiting.

How to connect Google Drive to Salesfinity

1. In Salesfinity, open Settings → Integrations.

2. Select Google Drive from the AI Companion integrations.

3. Sign in with your Google account and grant the Drive permissions requested on the Composio consent screen.

4. Confirm the connection is active in Salesfinity.

5. Ask the AI Companion to find a file you know exists, to verify access.

Frequently asked questions

Does the Google Drive integration import contacts or calling lists?

No. Drive files are not converted into Salesfinity contacts. If your prospect data sits in a Drive file, export it as CSV and import it, or use a native CRM integration or the List Builder.

What can the Companion see in my Drive?

Only what the connected Google account can already access, and only when you ask for something specific. It does not index or copy your Drive in the background.

Can it change who a file is shared with?

Only with your approval. Sharing changes, file creation and moves are all write actions that you confirm before they run.

Do I also need the Google Docs integration?

They cover different things. Drive handles finding, organizing and sharing files; Google Docs works with document contents and edits. Teams that want the Companion to locate a doc and then rewrite part of it connect both.
