Google Sheets
Lets the Salesfinity AI Companion read and write spreadsheet data in your Google Sheets account on request, for reporting and ad hoc analysis.
What the Google Sheets integration does
Salesfinity's Google Sheets integration connects through Composio and lets the Salesfinity AI Companion read the contents of a spreadsheet you point it at and write rows, cells or new sheets when you approve the change. It is an assistant-level connection for reporting and ad hoc analysis. It is not a list import path: rows in a Google Sheet do not become dialable contacts in Salesfinity through this integration.
Reading spreadsheet data
Read a named range or an entire tab and answer questions about it.
Cross-reference a sheet against something you are looking at in Salesfinity, such as a set of dispositions.
Summarize or aggregate values without you writing a formula.
Writing to a spreadsheet, after approval
Append rows to an existing tab, such as a weekly activity summary.
Update specific cells you name.
Create a new sheet in an existing spreadsheet.
What it deliberately does not do
It does not import a sheet as a calling list. Use CSV import, a native CRM integration, or the List Builder for that.
It does not keep a sheet and a Salesfinity list in sync in either direction.
Common use cases
Keeping a shared activity tracker up to date
Your manager keeps a weekly outbound tracker in Sheets. Ask the Companion to append this week's connect and meeting counts as a new row. You approve the write, and the tracker stays current without anyone retyping numbers.
Answering a question that spans a sheet and your call data
Territory ownership lives in a spreadsheet, call outcomes live in Salesfinity. Ask the Companion which accounts from that sheet you have dialed in the last two weeks and it can read the sheet to answer, instead of you doing a manual comparison.
Dropping a one-off analysis somewhere your team can see it
You ask the Companion to break down call outcomes by list, then have it write the result into a new tab in a shared spreadsheet so the rest of the team can filter and chart it themselves.

Frequently asked questions
Can I import a Google Sheet as a calling list?
No, not through this integration. The supported ways to build a calling list in Salesfinity are CSV import, a native CRM integration such as Salesforce or HubSpot, or the List Builder. If your prospects are in a Sheet, export it as CSV and import it.
Does the Google Sheets integration sync contacts?
No. There is no contact sync in either direction. The Companion reads and writes spreadsheet cells when you ask, and nothing more.
Can the Companion overwrite my spreadsheet by mistake?
Writes require your approval before they run, and you see what will change. As a precaution, point it at a dedicated tab rather than a sheet other systems depend on.
Which spreadsheets can it access?
Only spreadsheets the connected Google account can already open, and only when you ask about a specific one. The integration does not scan or index your Drive.
