LeadIQ

Use your own LeadIQ account as the contact enrichment provider in Salesfinity, as an alternative to Salesfinity's built-in enrichment.

What the LeadIQ integration does

Salesfinity's LeadIQ integration lets you select LeadIQ as the contact enrichment provider for your team, as an alternative to Salesfinity's own built-in enrichment. It is a bring-your-own-key connection scoped to your team, so enrichment runs on your existing LeadIQ contract and credits rather than on Salesfinity's. Salesfinity validates the key when you connect it and tracks request counts for the connection so you can see the volume going through it.

Enrichment provider selection

  • Choose LeadIQ instead of Salesfinity's built-in enrichment for contact data on your lists

  • Enrichment runs on your own LeadIQ account, so the credits and the vendor relationship stay yours

  • Enriched contacts feed the same contact lists your reps dial through the parallel dialer

Key validation and usage visibility

  • The API key is validated against LeadIQ when you connect it, so a bad key fails at setup rather than mid-list

  • Salesfinity records request counts and success and failure totals for the connection

  • Connect, test, and disconnect from the integrations page; credentials are stored per team

Approval before any paid enrichment

  • Paid contact enrichment — phone numbers and email addresses — always requires your explicit approval before credits are spent

  • This applies whether enrichment runs through LeadIQ or through Salesfinity's built-in provider

  • A search or list build on its own never triggers contact enrichment

Common use cases

Using enrichment credits you already pay for

A team already has a LeadIQ subscription with credits on it. Rather than paying twice, they connect the LeadIQ key to Salesfinity and select it as the enrichment provider, so enriching a calling list draws down the contract they already hold.

Standardizing on one contact data vendor

An operations lead wants the phone numbers in the dialer to come from the same source as the numbers in the rest of the stack, so records match across systems. Selecting LeadIQ as the enrichment provider keeps the contact data consistent with what the team uses elsewhere.

Enriching a sourced list before a calling block

A rep builds a list in the List Builder from a discovery provider that returns profiles but no contact details. Before the calling block, they approve enrichment on that list, LeadIQ supplies the contact data, and the list becomes dialable in the parallel dialer.

How to connect LeadIQ to Salesfinity

  1. In Salesfinity, open Settings → Integrations and find LeadIQ.

  2. Create an API key in your LeadIQ account.

  3. Paste the key into Salesfinity and save it; Salesfinity validates it against LeadIQ and stores it for your team.

  4. Use the connection test to confirm the key still works.

  5. Select LeadIQ as the enrichment provider so contact enrichment on your lists routes to it instead of Salesfinity's built-in provider.

Frequently asked questions

Does LeadIQ replace Salesfinity's built-in enrichment?

It is an alternative to it. Salesfinity's LeadIQ integration makes LeadIQ selectable as the enrichment provider for your team, so contact enrichment runs on your LeadIQ account instead of Salesfinity's built-in enrichment. You choose which one is active.

Will Salesfinity spend my LeadIQ credits automatically?

No. Paid contact enrichment always requires your explicit approval before credits are spent. Building or searching a list never triggers enrichment on its own, so nothing is charged to your LeadIQ account until you approve it.

Can I see how much I am using it?

Yes. Salesfinity records usage statistics for the LeadIQ connection, including total requests and how many succeeded or failed, so you can check the volume going through your key.

Is LeadIQ a search provider in Salesfinity too?

The LeadIQ integration is for enrichment — supplying contact data for records you already have. For finding the records in the first place, use the discovery providers: Exa by default, or Prospeo, Sumble, Clay, and Ocean.io when connected.

Whose LeadIQ contract does this use?

Yours. The integration is bring-your-own-key and credentials are stored per team, so enrichment runs on your own LeadIQ account and credits.
