Loops

Lets the Salesfinity AI Companion read Loops audiences and campaign results, and send or update contacts with your approval.

What the Loops integration does

Salesfinity's Loops integration lets the AI Companion read your Loops email audiences, campaigns and contact properties, and with your approval create or update contacts and trigger events. Loops is a product and lifecycle email tool, so this connection is mostly about knowing what marketing email a prospect has received before a rep calls them.

Reading from Loops

  • Look up a contact and its properties or subscription state

  • List campaigns and loops and check their status

  • See whether a person is subscribed, unsubscribed or bounced

  • Check which audience a contact belongs to

Approved writes

  • Create or update a contact record

  • Send a transactional event that triggers a loop

  • Update a contact property or subscription state

Each write is shown to you before it runs.

Not a replacement for the native sequencers

Salesfinity integrates natively with Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo, Amplemarket, Lemlist and Smartlead for outbound sequences, including pulling call tasks into the dialer and logging call outcomes. Loops through Composio is assistant-level access, not a sequencer integration.

Common use cases

Not calling someone who just unsubscribed

Before a calling block, you ask the Companion to check the subscription state of the contacts on a list. Anyone who unsubscribed from Loops last week gets handled differently, which keeps the outreach respectful.

Triggering a follow-up email after a good call

A conversation ends with the prospect asking for onboarding details. The rep asks the Companion to trigger the relevant Loops event for that contact, approves it, and the sequence fires without leaving Salesfinity.

Seeing which product emails landed before a call

A rep is calling trial users. They ask the Companion which lifecycle emails that contact has already received in Loops, and opens the call by referring to the one the person actually opened.

How to connect Loops to Salesfinity

  1. In Salesfinity, open Settings → Integrations.

  2. Choose Loops from the apps available through Composio.

  3. Paste the API key generated in your Loops workspace settings.

  4. Save and confirm the connection is active.

  5. Ask the Companion to look up one known contact in Loops to verify it.

Frequently asked questions

Does the Loops integration sync contacts into Salesfinity?

No. It reads and, on approval, writes in Loops. It does not import audiences into Salesfinity or turn them into calling lists. Use the native CRM integrations or List Builder for that.

Can the Companion send a marketing email on its own?

No. Triggering an event or updating a contact requires your approval on the specific action.

Is this the same as Salesfinity's sequencer integrations?

No. Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo, Amplemarket, Lemlist and Smartlead have native integrations that handle call tasks and call logging. Loops is assistant-level only.

Does Salesfinity log calls into Loops?

No. Call records stay in Salesfinity. You can ask the Companion to update a Loops contact property after a call, but that is an approved action, not an automatic write-back.
