Make

Lets the Salesfinity AI Companion inspect and run your Make scenarios on request, with approval before anything executes.

What the Make integration does

Salesfinity's Make integration lets the AI Companion see your Make scenarios, check whether they are running correctly and, with your approval, trigger one. Make is where a lot of teams keep the glue between their tools, so this connection is about reaching that automation layer from a Salesfinity conversation instead of opening Make.

Inspecting your automations

  • List scenarios in a connected Make organization or team

  • Check whether a scenario is active, paused or erroring

  • Read recent execution history for a scenario

  • Look at when a scenario last ran and whether it succeeded

Running things, with approval

  • Trigger a scenario run

  • Turn a scenario on or off

Because a Make scenario can touch many systems at once, the Companion always shows you which scenario it is about to run and waits for your approval.

Common use cases

Finding out why a routing automation stopped

New meetings stopped appearing in a shared calendar. You ask the Companion to check the relevant Make scenario, and it reports the last three runs failed on an authentication error, which points straight at the expired connection.

Kicking off an enrichment flow after a call

A rep books a meeting and there is a Make scenario that prepares the account brief. Rather than waiting for the scheduled run, the rep asks the Companion to trigger it now and approves the run.

Pausing an automation during a data cleanup

Before a bulk edit in the CRM, an operations lead asks the Companion to turn off the scenario that fires on every record change, so the cleanup does not trigger a thousand downstream actions.

How to connect Make to Salesfinity

  1. In Salesfinity, open Settings → Integrations.

  2. Select Make from the Composio-connected apps.

  3. Provide the API token from your Make account, scoped to the organization you want reachable.

  4. Save and confirm the connection is active.

  5. Ask the Companion to list your scenarios as a first check.

Frequently asked questions

Does the Make integration sync contacts into Salesfinity?

No. It gives the Companion assistant-level access to your scenarios. It does not import contacts or build calling lists. Use the native CRM integrations or List Builder.

Can the Companion run a scenario without asking me?

No. Triggering a run or changing a scenario's state requires your approval on that specific action.

Can I build a new Make scenario through the Companion?

No. This connection is for inspecting and running existing scenarios, not for authoring new automations. Build those in Make itself.

Does Salesfinity send call events into Make?

Not through this integration. This connection is the Companion reaching into Make on request, not an event stream out of the dialer.
