What the Mem0 integration does
Salesfinity's Mem0 integration lets the AI Companion save facts to and retrieve facts from your Mem0 memory store. Mem0 is a shared memory layer for AI applications, so teams that already keep durable context there can have Salesfinity read from the same place instead of maintaining a second set of notes.

Keeping account context across tools
A rep learns on a call that an account's renewal is handled by procurement, not the champion. They have the Companion write that to Mem0, so any other AI tool the team runs against the same memory store knows it too.
Recalling why a prospect went quiet
Six months later, the same account resurfaces. Before dialing, the rep asks the Companion what is remembered about them, and gets the procurement detail back without digging through old notes.
Storing team preferences the Companion should respect
A manager records that this team never leaves voicemails on first attempts. That preference persists in Mem0 and is available the next time the Companion is asked to plan a calling block.
How to connect Mem0 to Salesfinity
In Salesfinity, open Settings → Integrations.
Choose Mem0 from the apps available through Composio.
Enter the API key from your Mem0 account.
Save and confirm the connection is active.
Ask the Companion to search your memories for a known term to verify the connection.
Frequently asked questions
Does the Mem0 integration sync contacts into Salesfinity?
No. Mem0 stores free-form memories, not contact records. Dialable contacts come from the native CRM integrations or List Builder.
Will the Companion write memories automatically after every call?
No. Writing a memory is an action you approve. Nothing is stored in Mem0 without your confirmation.
Where is the memory stored?
In your own Mem0 account, under the API key you connected. Salesfinity reads and writes there rather than holding a copy.
Does this replace Salesfinity's own call notes?
No. Call recordings, transcripts, dispositions and notes stay in Salesfinity. Mem0 is an optional external memory layer for teams already using it.
