Mixmax
Lets the Salesfinity AI Companion check Mixmax sequences and email engagement, with approval required for any change.
What the Mixmax integration does
Salesfinity's Mixmax integration is an assistant-level Composio connection that lets the AI Companion look up your Mixmax sequences, recipients and email engagement, and with your approval add or remove someone from a sequence. It tells a rep what email a prospect has already received before the phone call happens.
What the Companion can read
Sequences and their current status
Recipients in a sequence and the stage they are at
Open, click and reply activity on sent messages
Whether a specific contact is currently enrolled
Approved actions
Add a recipient to a sequence
Remove a recipient or stop their sequence
Pause or resume a sequence
Where Salesfinity's native sequencers come in
Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo, Amplemarket, Lemlist and Smartlead have purpose-built Salesfinity integrations that pull call tasks into the parallel dialer, keep sequence state accurate and write call outcomes back to the sequence. Mixmax through Composio does not do task pulling, sequence control or call logging. Pick a native integration if those matter.
Common use cases
Timing a call to a reply
A prospect replies to a Mixmax email but the thread goes nowhere. The rep asks the Companion who replied in the last two days and calls them while the message is still recent.
Avoiding a duplicate touch on the same day
Before a calling block, the rep checks which contacts have a Mixmax email scheduled to send that morning, and calls a different segment instead so nobody gets two touches in an hour.
Removing a contact who asked to stop
Someone answers the phone and says they are not interested. The rep asks the Companion to remove them from the active Mixmax sequence, approves it, and the follow-up emails stop.

Frequently asked questions
Does the Mixmax integration sync contacts into Salesfinity?
No. It does not import recipients or create calling lists. Contacts come from the native CRM integrations or from List Builder.
Does Salesfinity log calls back into Mixmax?
No. Call logging into a sequencer is part of the native integrations with Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo, Amplemarket, Lemlist and Smartlead.
Can the Companion send an email through Mixmax?
Only with your approval on that specific action. It does not send email autonomously.
Can I dial Mixmax call tasks in the parallel dialer?
No. Task pulling into the dialer is a native sequencer feature and is not part of this assistant-level connection.
