Monday.com

Available through Composio as assistant-level access: the AI Companion can read monday.com boards and create or update items with your approval.

What the Monday.com integration does

Salesfinity's Monday.com integration is available through Composio as assistant-level access, which means the AI Companion can read your boards and, with your approval, create or update items. It is not a native Salesfinity integration and it does not sync records between the two systems. Everything happens because you asked the Companion to do it in a conversation.

Reading boards

  • List boards and groups in a connected workspace

  • Read items, their column values and status

  • Search for an item by name or by an account

  • Read updates and comments on an item

Writing, with approval

  • Create an item on a board

  • Update a column value or move an item between groups

  • Post an update on an item

Every write is shown to you before it runs, so nothing appears on a board without your say-so.

Common use cases

Turning a booked meeting into a board item

A rep books a discovery call during a dialing session. They ask the Companion to create an item on the pipeline board with the account name and meeting date, approve it, and the handoff to the AE is tracked where the team already works.

Logging a product request heard on a call

A prospect names a missing feature as their blocker. The rep has the Companion add that to the product feedback board with the account attached, so the request is countable rather than anecdotal.

Checking where an onboarding stands before a check-in call

Before calling a recently closed customer, a rep asks the Companion which onboarding tasks are still open on the delivery board, and opens the call knowing exactly what is outstanding.

Frequently asked questions

Is Monday.com a native Salesfinity integration?

No. It is available through Composio as assistant-level access. Native integrations, such as the CRM and sequencer ones, do record-level sync; this one does not.

Does it sync contacts into Salesfinity?

No. Board items are not imported as contacts and do not become calling lists. Use the native CRM integrations or List Builder to get dialable contacts.

Can the Companion create items automatically after each call?

No. Item creation is an approved action you request. There is no automatic write from the dialer into monday.com.

Which boards can the Companion see?

Only the boards the connected monday.com account already has permission to view. The integration does not expand that access.
