What the NeverBounce integration does

Salesfinity's NeverBounce integration lets the AI Companion verify email addresses using your own NeverBounce account and credit balance. Give it addresses in a conversation and it returns NeverBounce's result for each one: valid, invalid, disposable, catch-all or unknown. Verification costs credits on your plan, so the Companion asks for approval before running anything billable.

Protecting a sending domain before a new campaign

A team is about to email a segment that has not been touched in a year. They run it through NeverBounce first, see the invalid rate, and remove the dead addresses so the bounce rate does not damage their domain reputation.

Many old contacts come back invalid, which usually means the person left the company. Rather than emailing into the void, you route those accounts into a calling list and try to reach the new person by phone.

1. In Salesfinity, open Settings → Integrations.

2. Select NeverBounce from the Composio-connected apps.

3. Enter the API key from your NeverBounce account.

4. Save and confirm the connection shows as active.

5. Verify one known address through the Companion to confirm credits draw from your account.

Frequently asked questions

Does the NeverBounce integration sync contacts into Salesfinity?

No. It verifies addresses you provide in a conversation and returns results. Contacts enter Salesfinity through the native CRM integrations or List Builder.

Whose NeverBounce credits are used?

Yours. Verification bills to the NeverBounce account behind the API key you connected.

Does it run automatically on my contact lists?

No. Verification is an explicit, approved action. The Companion will not spend credits without your confirmation.

Do I need NeverBounce if Salesfinity already validates data?

Only if you send email. Salesfinity's own validation targets phone numbers for dialing. NeverBounce targets email deliverability.
