What the OneDrive integration does

Salesfinity's OneDrive integration lets the AI Companion search your OneDrive, read the contents of documents you point it at, and save new files back to a folder you choose. It is connected through Composio, a third-party integration broker, and it works at the assistant level: the Companion acts in OneDrive on your behalf when you ask it to, in the same chat where you review call activity. It is not a background file sync, and nothing moves between OneDrive and Salesfinity unless a request from you triggers it.

What the Companion can read

• Search your OneDrive by filename, folder, or recent activity

• Open Word documents, spreadsheets, PDFs, and text files and summarize or extract from them

• Pull a specific figure, table, or section out of a long document without you opening it

• List the contents of a shared folder so you can confirm what is there

What the Companion can write

• Create a new document or spreadsheet from something produced in the chat, such as a call summary

• Upload an export into a folder you name

• Update or replace a file you identify

Every create, update, and delete action is shown to you for approval before it runs. The Companion does not write to OneDrive silently.

Common use cases

Pulling talk track material into a call review

Your objection-handling doc and ICP one-pager live in OneDrive, not in Salesfinity. Ask the Companion to read the current version and compare it against what reps actually said on yesterday's connected calls, and it fetches the file rather than making you paste it in.

Saving a weekly summary where the rest of the team already looks

After the Companion assembles a rundown of connect rates and dispositions for the week, you can have it drop that summary into the sales folder in OneDrive as a document. The team reads it where they read everything else, and you approve the file write before it happens.

Checking a territory or account list before a dialing session

Account plans and territory spreadsheets often sit in OneDrive. Ask the Companion to read one and tell you which accounts on it have no logged calls in the last thirty days, so you know what to load into a list before you start dialing.

How to connect OneDrive to Salesfinity

1. In Salesfinity, open Settings → Integrations.

2. Find OneDrive in the list of Composio-connected apps and select Connect.

3. Sign in with your Microsoft account and grant the requested file permissions.

4. Confirm the connection returns to Salesfinity and shows as active.

5. Open the AI Companion and ask it to list a folder to verify it can reach your drive.

Frequently asked questions

Does the OneDrive integration sync contacts or calling lists into Salesfinity?

No. Salesfinity's OneDrive integration is assistant-level and does not sync any records. To bring contacts in for dialing, use a native CRM integration such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive, upload a CSV, or source new prospects with List Builder.

Can the Companion delete my OneDrive files?

Only if you ask it to and then approve the action. Destructive and modifying operations are surfaced for explicit approval before they execute, and read-only requests such as search and summarize do not change anything in your drive.

Does Salesfinity copy my whole OneDrive?

No. Files are fetched on demand for the specific request you make. There is no bulk import or background indexing of your drive.

Does this work with SharePoint document libraries?

It depends on the permissions granted during the Microsoft sign-in step. The integration operates through Composio's OneDrive connection, so access is limited to what that connection and your Microsoft account permissions allow.
