Outlook
Send email from Salesfinity through Outlook. The integration is currently limited to sending.
What the Outlook integration does
Salesfinity's Outlook integration sends email, and that is the whole of it today. There is no reading of mailboxes, no thread history on the dialer card and no calendar control through Outlook. If sending follow-up email from Salesfinity is what you need, this covers it; if you need more, the section below points at what does.

Common use cases
Sending the follow-up a call just earned
A connect ends with the prospect asking for pricing or a recap. The rep sends that email from Salesfinity through Outlook rather than switching applications, and the reply comes back to their normal inbox.
Confirming details agreed on the phone
Short confirmations sent immediately after the call are far more likely to actually go out than ones queued for later in the day. Outlook sending covers this case directly.
How to connect Outlook to Salesfinity
In Salesfinity, open Settings → Integrations and choose Outlook.
Sign in with the Microsoft account you send email from.
Approve the requested permissions to return to Salesfinity.
Send a test email and confirm it appears in your Outlook sent items.
Frequently asked questions
Can Salesfinity read my Outlook inbox or show email history on the dialer card?
No. The Outlook integration is limited to sending email. Salesfinity's Gmail integration is the deeper option: it reads the email thread history with a contact and shows it on the dialer card before the call connects.
Does the Outlook integration sync calendar events or meetings?
No. Outlook sending is the only capability. For booking meetings out of calls, Salesfinity has a Google Calendar integration that can list calendars and create, update and delete events.
Does the Outlook integration sync contacts into Salesfinity?
No. It does not import contacts or build calling lists. Contacts come from Salesfinity's CRM integrations or from the List Builder.
