What the Parsio integration does

Salesfinity's Parsio integration lets the AI Companion query your Parsio mailboxes and read the structured data Parsio has extracted from incoming emails, PDFs, and documents. Parsio turns inbound messages into clean fields; this integration lets you ask about those fields inside Salesfinity instead of switching tabs. It runs through Composio at the assistant level, so the Companion reads and acts only when prompted, and it is not a record sync.

Reading parsed documents

• List your Parsio mailboxes and see which parsers are active

• Fetch recently parsed documents and the fields extracted from them

• Ask for a specific extracted value, such as the company name or phone number pulled from an inbound lead email

• Summarize a batch of parsed results without exporting a spreadsheet

Any action that changes something in Parsio requires your approval before it runs. Reading parsed output does not.

Checking what inbound lead forms actually captured

If your web form notifications route through Parsio, the parsed output is where the real field values land. Ask the Companion which leads Parsio processed today and what contact details came through, so you know whether there is enough to dial before you build a list.

Spotting a broken parsing template early

Parsers break quietly when a sender changes their email layout. Ask the Companion to look at the last set of parsed documents in a mailbox and flag which fields came back empty, and you catch the problem the same day instead of at the end of the month.

How to connect Parsio to Salesfinity

1. In Salesfinity, open Settings → Integrations.

2. Select Parsio from the Composio-connected apps.

3. Paste your Parsio API key from your Parsio account settings.

4. Save the connection and wait for the status to show as active.

5. Ask the AI Companion to list your Parsio mailboxes to confirm access.

Frequently asked questions

Does the Parsio integration import parsed leads into a Salesfinity calling list?

No. The Companion can read parsed data and show it to you, but it does not push those records into contact lists automatically. To get contacts into the dialer, import a CSV, connect a native CRM integration, or use List Builder.

Can the Companion create or edit a Parsio parser?

Only with your approval, and only where Parsio's API supports the action. Creating and modifying anything in Parsio is treated as a write and is shown to you for confirmation first.

Is this a replacement for a Parsio webhook into my CRM?

No. If you need parsed data to flow automatically into another system, keep using Parsio's own webhook or export destinations. This integration is for asking questions about parsed data from inside Salesfinity.
