Pipedrive

Pull your due Pipedrive call activities into the parallel dialer and log each call back to Pipedrive as a call log with its outcome.

What the Pipedrive integration does

Salesfinity's Pipedrive integration loads your open call activities into the parallel dialer and writes each connected call back to Pipedrive as a call log with an outcome, notes and duration. This is a focused integration rather than a broad two-way sync — it covers the calling loop and nothing beyond it.

What comes in from Pipedrive

  • Your open call-type activities that are due, with the linked person's name, phone numbers and email.

  • The related organization name, so the rep sees the company on the dialer card.

  • The activity note, priority and time zone.

What gets written back to Pipedrive

  • A call log against the person and the originating activity, with the outcome, duration, notes, and the from and to numbers with start and end times.

  • The activity itself is marked done when the call completes.

What this integration does not do

  • It does not import Pipedrive filters, custom fields, deals or pipelines.

  • It does not export contacts back to Pipedrive, and it does not write phone number corrections onto the person record.

  • If you need list import, custom field mapping or contact export from your CRM, the HubSpot and Salesforce integrations cover more ground.

Common use cases

Clearing today's Pipedrive call activities

A rep has a set of call activities scheduled in Pipedrive for today. Salesfinity pulls those activities with the linked person and organization, dials several at once, and connects the rep only on live answers. Each call posts back as a Pipedrive call log and the activity is marked done.

Keeping Pipedrive as the record of activity while dialing elsewhere

A team wants the throughput of a parallel dialer but does not want a second system of record for calls. Because Salesfinity writes the outcome, notes and duration back onto the Pipedrive person and activity, Pipedrive activity reporting stays complete.

How to connect Pipedrive to Salesfinity

  1. In Salesfinity, open Settings → Integrations.

  2. Find Pipedrive and click Connect.

  3. Sign in to Pipedrive and approve access for your user.

  4. Salesfinity sets up the mapping between Salesfinity dispositions and Pipedrive call outcomes.

  5. Go to Contact lists, choose Pipedrive as the source, and load your due call activities into the dialer.

Frequently asked questions

Does Salesfinity log calls back to Pipedrive?

Yes. Each connected call is written to Pipedrive as a call log linked to the person and the originating activity, carrying the outcome, duration, notes, the from and to numbers and the call start and end times. The activity is marked done when the call completes.

Can Salesfinity import Pipedrive contact lists?

Not as saved filters or lists. The Pipedrive integration builds its calling list from your open, due call-type activities and the people linked to them, rather than from arbitrary Pipedrive lists or filters.

Does the Pipedrive integration sync custom fields or deals?

No. This integration is limited to due call activities in and call logs out. It does not read custom fields, deals or pipelines, and it does not export contacts back to Pipedrive.

Is the Pipedrive connection per rep?

Yes. Each rep connects their own Pipedrive account over OAuth, and only that rep's assigned call activities are loaded, so logged calls are attributed to them.
