What the RocketReach integration does

Salesfinity's RocketReach integration lets the AI Companion run people and company lookups against your own RocketReach account when you ask it to. RocketReach returns professional email addresses, phone numbers, and profile details; this connection lets you request those lookups in the Companion chat rather than in a separate tab. It is connected through Composio at the assistant level, and it uses your RocketReach subscription and your credits, not Salesfinity's.

Because RocketReach lookups consume paid credits, every enrichment request requires your explicit approval before it runs. The Companion will tell you what it is about to look up and wait.

Lookups the Companion can run

• Find a person by name and company and return the contact details RocketReach holds

• Look up a profile from a LinkedIn URL

• Search for people at a company matching a title or seniority

• Pull company-level details such as industry, size, and location

• Check your remaining RocketReach credit balance before spending more

Common use cases

Filling a missing mobile number before a dialing block

You have a list ready to dial but a handful of high-value contacts have no direct number. Ask the Companion to check those specific people in RocketReach, approve the lookup, and decide whether the returned number is worth adding to the record.

Finding the right person when your champion leaves

A disposition comes back as no longer at the company. Ask the Companion to search RocketReach for who now holds that title at the account, and you get a replacement name to work rather than dropping the account entirely.

How to connect RocketReach to Salesfinity

1. In Salesfinity, open Settings → Integrations.

2. Select RocketReach from the Composio-connected apps.

3. Paste your RocketReach API key from your RocketReach account settings.

4. Save and confirm the connection shows as active.

5. Ask the AI Companion to check your RocketReach credit balance to confirm the key works.

Frequently asked questions

Does this spend my RocketReach credits automatically?

No. Paid enrichment always requires your explicit approval first. The Companion states what it intends to look up and does not call RocketReach until you approve, so credits are never spent silently.

Does the RocketReach integration sync contacts into Salesfinity?

No. It performs lookups you request and shows you the results. It does not import contacts or create calling lists on its own. For that, use a native CRM integration, a CSV import, or List Builder.

How is this different from Salesfinity's own enrichment?

Salesfinity has its own contact enrichment for phone numbers and emails, which also requires approval before spending. This integration is for teams that already pay for RocketReach and want to use that data source and those credits instead of, or in addition to, the built-in one.

Do I need my own RocketReach subscription?

Yes. The integration authenticates with your RocketReach API key and runs against your plan and its limits. Salesfinity does not resell RocketReach access.
