What the Sendspark integration does

Salesfinity's Sendspark integration lets the AI Companion look up the personalized videos in your Sendspark workspace, check who has watched them, and prepare new video pages when you ask. Sendspark is used to record and personalize short outbound videos; this connection lets you work with that library from inside Salesfinity. It runs through Composio at the assistant level, so it responds to your requests rather than syncing anything in the background.

Creating or updating anything in Sendspark is a write action and is shown to you for approval first.

Common use cases

Prioritizing callbacks by who watched the video

You sent a batch of personalized videos last week. Ask the Companion which recipients actually watched theirs, then dial that subset first, because a watched video is a much warmer opener than a cold list.

Pairing a video with a voicemail-heavy account

An account keeps coming back as voicemail across several attempts. Ask the Companion to grab the right Sendspark video link for that persona so the rep can reference it in the next touch, giving the prospect a reason to recognize the name on the next dial.

How to connect Sendspark to Salesfinity

1. In Salesfinity, open Settings → Integrations.

2. Find Sendspark among the Composio-connected apps and select Connect.

3. Authorize Salesfinity to access your Sendspark workspace.

4. Confirm the connection returns and shows as active.

5. Ask the AI Companion to list your Sendspark videos to verify it can see the workspace.

Frequently asked questions

Does the Sendspark integration send videos automatically after a call?

No. There is no automatic trigger from a call disposition to a Sendspark send. The Companion prepares or retrieves a video only when you ask, and any creation step needs your approval.

Does it sync contacts between Sendspark and Salesfinity?

No. It is assistant-level and does not sync records in either direction. Calling lists come from a native CRM integration, a CSV upload, or List Builder.

Can the Companion record a video for me?

No. Recording happens in Sendspark. The Companion can work with videos that already exist and set up personalized pages around them.
