What the Slack integration does
Salesfinity's Slack integration posts messages and notifications into Slack channels and reads back channel data: it lists channels, pulls channel history and thread replies, lists channel members, and looks up a Slack user by their email address. It can also join a channel before posting to it. Slack is authorized through OAuth at both the user and team level.

Announcing meetings booked off the dialer
A shared channel where every booked meeting is posted keeps a calling floor aware of what is landing. Salesfinity posts the notification into the channel, so the team sees results as they happen instead of at the end of the day.
Routing a notification to the right person
Because the integration can look up a Slack user by email address, Salesfinity can resolve a rep or manager from their work email and address them in the message rather than posting an unattributed update.
Pulling channel context into the AI Companion
Reading channel history and thread replies means a discussion that happened in Slack, such as an agreed message change or an account note, is available when you ask the AI Companion about it, without anyone re-pasting it.
How to connect Slack to Salesfinity
In Salesfinity, open Settings → Integrations and choose Slack.
Sign in to Slack and pick the workspace you want to connect.
Approve the requested Slack permissions to return to Salesfinity.
Choose the channel Salesfinity should post to, inviting the app to private channels if needed.
Post a test message and confirm it appears in the channel.
