Telegram
Lets the Salesfinity AI Companion send messages to Telegram chats you nominate, so call updates reach your team where they already talk.
What the Telegram integration does
Salesfinity's Telegram integration connects through Composio and lets the Salesfinity AI Companion send messages to Telegram chats or channels you nominate, and read recent messages from those chats when you ask. It is an assistant-level connection for notifications and quick lookups. It does not sync anything, and Telegram contacts are not imported into Salesfinity.
Sending messages, with approval
Post a summary of a dialing session to a team channel.
Send a short alert when something specific happens on a call you flag.
Share a formatted list of outcomes with a manager or group.
Reading a chat you point it at
Pull recent messages from a channel to give the Companion context before it drafts a reply.
Find a message about a specific account or prospect.
Sending a message is a write action. The Companion shows you the text and the destination chat before anything is posted.
Common use cases
Posting the end-of-day dialing summary to a team channel
After a calling block, ask the Companion to summarize dials, connects and meetings booked, then send it to your SDR channel. The team sees the same numbers at the same time without anyone assembling the message by hand.
Flagging a high-intent connect to an account executive
A cold call turns into a real opportunity. Ask the Companion to send the AE a short message with the account, what the prospect said and when they agreed to talk again, so the handoff happens in minutes rather than at the next standup.
Answering a question from chat without switching tools
Someone asks in the channel how a particular list is performing. Ask the Companion to read the thread for the exact question, pull the numbers from Salesfinity, and draft the reply for you to approve and send.
How to connect Telegram to Salesfinity

Ask the AI Companion to send a test message to a chat you control before using it with your team.
Frequently asked questions
Does the Telegram integration sync contacts into Salesfinity?
No. Telegram contacts and chats are not imported, and nothing becomes a calling list. Use CSV import, a native CRM integration, or the List Builder to build lists for dialing.
Can the Companion message a prospect on Telegram?
Only if you explicitly ask it to and approve the message, and only in chats the connected account can reach. Salesfinity is a calling platform; Telegram here is for internal notification and coordination, not for running outbound messaging campaigns.
Will it post updates automatically after every call?
No. Messages are sent when you ask and approve them. There is no automatic per-call posting rule.
Is call content shared with Telegram?
Only what you include in a message you approve. Recordings and transcripts stay in Salesfinity unless you deliberately ask the Companion to summarize them into a message.
