What the ZenRows integration does

Salesfinity's ZenRows integration lets the AI Companion retrieve the contents of a web page through your ZenRows account and read what comes back. ZenRows is a web data extraction service that handles rendering and anti-bot obstacles, so it can return pages a plain HTTP fetch would fail on. The connection runs through Composio at the assistant level: you give the Companion a URL or a question, and it fetches only in response to that.

Requests use your ZenRows plan and its request quota. The Companion does not crawl continuously or in the background.

Common use cases

Reading a prospect's pricing or product page before a call

A rep wants to know how a target company packages its product before dialing. Ask the Companion to fetch the pricing page and summarize the tiers, and the rep walks into the conversation knowing what the prospect actually sells.

Checking a careers page for hiring signals

Open roles are a reliable buying signal for many teams. Ask the Companion to pull a company's careers page and list which functions they are hiring into, and you can decide whether the account is worth prioritizing in the next dialing block.

How to connect ZenRows to Salesfinity

1. In Salesfinity, open Settings → Integrations.

2. Choose ZenRows from the Composio-connected apps.

3. Paste your ZenRows API key from your ZenRows dashboard.

4. Save and confirm the connection status is active.

5. Ask the AI Companion to fetch a known URL to verify the key works.

Frequently asked questions

Does ZenRows import contacts or lists into Salesfinity?

No. It returns page content to the Companion for the request you made. It does not create contacts, and it is not a prospect source. Use List Builder or a native CRM integration to get dialable contacts.

Is it doing continuous scraping in the background?

No. Each fetch is triggered by a specific request from you. There is no scheduled crawling and no stored copy of the sites you fetch.

Who is responsible for what gets fetched?

You are. Requests run under your ZenRows account and your agreement with ZenRows, and you should only fetch pages you are permitted to access under the target site's terms.
